History
MKB360 was born from the need to rethink how marketing agencies operate today. Too often, agencies try to sell service packages whether a business truly needs them or not.
To change that, we created a methodology called Smart Marketing. Based on your budget, type of business, and current situation, we build personalized strategies designed to help your company scale in the right direction.
We understand that many companies already have their own marketing teams—and many of them are excellent. That’s why we also offer individual services that can support your existing team and cover the areas they may not currently handle. We truly enjoy collaborating and exchanging knowledge with other professionals.
Our company began operating in 2019, and in 2024 it was officially established in the state of Florida. You can find all the public records through the Florida Department of State under the name MKBALANCE LLC.

Unlike many agencies that propose rigid structures — such as posting a fixed number of times per month, building complex websites filled with features you don’t actually need, or investing in empty ad campaigns without a clear strategy — we start from a much more logical principle: the client’s budget and goals should define the strategy
Our work begins by analyzing your budget, your real needs, and the goals you want to achieve. Based on that analysis, we design a plan where every resource is used strategically, placing every dollar where it can generate the greatest impact
This means that actions may vary depending on the stage of the project. For example, during the first month we may need to publish 20 posts to generate content, build information foundations, or prepare the platforms. However, in the second month we may publish only 10 times and allocate a larger portion of the budget to other, more strategic areas
The same principle applies to website development. The first version of a website may include only the essential elements users need to interact with the brand. This allows part of the budget to be preserved for advertising campaigns or other strategies that can drive sales more effectively
Within our methodology, all of the company’s digital platforms work in a connected way and, when applicable, are also aligned with the physical business. This ensures that communication, promotions, and campaigns operate consistently
For example, if a campaign is launched to promote a specific product, we make sure that the product is available simultaneously in the physical store, on the website, on social media, and in digital advertisements, while ensuring the sales team receives the same information that customers see. This way, customers find the same information and purchase opportunity across every point of contact with the brand
